Products must be in unused condition and in original packaging material. Customer will be responsible for return shipping and handling charges. Send your package via a traceable method (FedEx, UPS or USPS). We are not responsible if there is no proof the product was delivered to us. If you need to return your merchandise for any reason, repack the product in the original packing materials. Unless indicated otherwise, the risk of loss for and title to products purchased on the Platform passes to you, the purchaser, upon delivery to the carrier.
